Adam Campos, a founding member of The Nasty Outfit, is the self-taught artistic photographer of the outfit. Adam has done work for numerous New London bands, businesses, fashion designers and organizations including Above Below and New London Local First. He has also displayed work at Sailfest, IAM Fest (Independent Arts & Music Festival), Arciolinda, and Caruso Music store. Adam is excited to be part of numerous openings and displays during the Hygienic XXXI opening weekend including:

1/30/10-2/28/10: "Floaters," opening @ Muse Skate Shop/Gallery on January 30th 2010 6-10pm. Inspired by William Hundleys "Jumping Sheets." Adam will be displaying surreal photographic documentation of the Floater occurrence in New London and nearby towns. Yes, Floaters are real though it may take a second or third glance before you believe they are there.
1/30/10: "Sky Paintings," opening @ Oasis Pub on January 30th 2010 6-2pm. A large scale photography project, inspired by the abstract photographic technique light paintings in which exposures are made usually at night or in a darkened room by moving a light source. Sky Paintings uses a darkened night sky and a much larger light source usually hundreds of feet across producing a trippy swirly experience of color.
1/30/10: “Salon des Indépendants,” opening @ Hygienic Art Galleries January 30th 2010. One piece per artist. No Judge. No Jury. No Fees. No Censorship. Adam’s submission will be of one of his favorite photographs of 2009. A special thanks goes out to dancer extraordinaire Wayne Ong for the opportunity.
1/30/10: Above Below Single Release on January 30th 2010. Adams art will adorn the cover of Above Below’s CD Single.
2/5/10: “Photo-gienic,” opening @ the Hygienic Annex (More information forthcoming). The first fourteen individual photographers or photo teams to sign up will be given a list of 12 subjects in New London and must present them photographically and creatively for the opening. Adam’s participation in “Photo-gienic” is pending his status as one of the first 14 photographers.
